Saw this card in Crafts Beautiful (Feb 2011) and thought I would give it a try! The baby face is made with 3 circles cut using nesties the coloured with ProMarkers and some Dovecraft chalk. The papers are DCWV. Used two Cuttlebug embossing folders - "Baby" and "Swiss Dots".If you want to find the original in the magazine it's on page 40. Great fun to make!
