I wanted to make a bright and cheery card today! I had a rummage through my stash and found a stamp set by WPlus9 called Fresh Cut Florals. I'm sure I have the dies to go with it - I'll need to try and find them! In the meantime though, I've gone with a CAS look on one layer.
The inks used are Hero Arts.
