Too Simple?

just can't make up my mind about this one - too simple??

Using up scraps

Using up some scraps of brown, green and orange that I found whilst tidying one small corner of the craft room!

Not had that much time to craft this weekend. Time taken up with a funeral and then a birthday - one extreme to the other.  Did manage to squeeze in a couple of hours learning the basics of crochet though - three more classes to go - it's absolutely fabby fun!

Had the most fabulous fun mum and daughter time today! Been busy pottery painting all afternoon - it's amazing where the time goes when you are having a such a great time!  Our pottery will be glazed and fired and we pick it up at the end of the week - can't wait to see how the colours come out!  Then a girly late lunch.  Perfect!  Days like these make me realise how lucky I am!

No card making for me for the next few days.. learning to knit with four double ended needles (hey, two is easy but you try four! lol!) and also booked up for crochet classes! never a dull moment!

Saturated Canary

I just love these images from Saturated Canary. They are so easy and rewarding to colour!  Coloured here using SU! inks and a blender pen.  It was a very relaxing way to spend a Wednesday night in the company of the crafting group!

A first wedding anniversary card. Kept it simple!

Two for the boys

Cards for men - always fill me with fear! I always find them difficult but really enjoyed making these two!   Both cards are 8"x8" so lots of room!

Poppy Parade and Night of Navy from SU! on this next card.
(I love Poppy Parade - need to stock up on it!!)
