For You

Hello Tuesday!  Well, talk about four seasons in one day!  We have had sun, wind, snow, rain, sleet and hail!  Scotland.. just another day :-)

Been a busy day at work but I've spent the last 20 minutes assembling a card I prepped yesterday. I had great fun colouring the Polkadoodles digi.  Purple hair.. different for me!  It's not as light as I would like it to be so more practice required.

No snow here!

Hello! And it's Friday again! I'm looking forward to this weekend. Lots planned - all craft, friends and family. Perfect!


The title "no snow here" refers to the fact the middle of the UK is getting snow and there's not a sign of it here!  What are the odds now that I've said that, of waking up tomorrow to a foot of snow?  Well, the way the sky looks at the moment I think we might be in for heavy rain!


I've been playing with a new image from ArtbyMiran.  Lots of detail to colour.  Used Polychromos, so it took me ages!  I'm quite happy with the finished result though.  Spending time on cards is definitely rewarding!

Another Monday!

Hello!  It's Monday again and I really have to say that I don't feel like I've had a weekend!   Every time I look out of the window I have a fear of seeing rivers of water!   Never was there more need to have a relaxing hobby to act as a perfect distraction!


I've been doing some colouring with Copics and Polychromos on this digi from Saturated Canary.  She was really fun to colour and I've gone for lovely warm colours (not at all reflective of how cold it is here today!)

Hi!  Brilliant day today.. three of the best things combined.. craft shopping, girly lunch and now some crafty time! 

Been playing with my new Visible Image stamps.. some of my latest haul from my not-so-local-but-brilliant craft shop in Cupar (Fife) called Mc Oyster Papercrafts at Poles Apart.  They have an absolutely brilliant range of goodies.

Love this guy.. so cool!  Made this card to carry on practising with my copics and promarkers. Love the combo of Twilight Sky and Denim Blue for the jeans.
