Distressing - first attempt!

Had a chance to quickly play with some of the goodies!! My first attempt at distressing. I used:

• Tattered Angels Glimmer Mist - Juniper
• Distress Ink - weathered wood & bundled sage
• Stamps are from Tim Holtz - urban chic
• Butterflies are coloured with H2Os
• Glossy accents and a wee bit glitter (couldnt find my glamour dust - I know it's here somewhere!!)

For Molly

Made these using a kit I had that I'd forgotten about - this was a card kit from QVC by Brenda Pinnick. Instead of using the cards in the pack I made them into toppers and embellished a bit more. The chipboard shapes are great quality. So, some quick and easy makes!

Using up some scraps of paper

I have so many scraps of paper - at least two big boxes - so I thought I would do a wee clear out. I didn't get very far before these gorgeous warm colours distracted me - so I made a wee card. Had to cut the card size down to fit the papers!
