Some more Christmas cards. Really busy weekend tidying, organising and shopping!  And Sarah and I have an SU party to look forward to tomorrow night! I better not spend too much!

Not a card!

Sarah and I made this tonight - not sure what it will taste like but it smells lovely! Baked raspberry and vanilla cheesecake.  Sarah was in charge of bashing the digestives for the base then tearing the raspberries to go in mix.  She also did a bit of mixing with the eggs.  And finally, and most importantly, she tasted the raspberry coulis.. yum yum yum!!

Another make with little squares.  These stamps are on an Inky Antics block called Kitty Cube. Coloured with copics.

Stampin Up Vases in Vogue

These little squares are 2.5 x 2.5cm, 3 x 3cm and 3.5 x 3.5cm. Of course, if I keep using such small pieces of paper I will never make any space for new stuff!!

The images are coloured with Copics (Light Prawn R22, and Yellow Green YG03), and stamped in Memento Tuxedo Black.

Another quick make - bright flowers..

Using wee squares of pinks.. the buttons don't match but they are close to SU Wild Wasabi which I used to stamp the heart (from the SU Out of the box set)

Don't know where my mojo has gone this afternoon!  Made this wee calendar though.

Some more makes from this last week - not had a great deal of time.

We were at the Disney store today. Of all the toys, Sarah chose Stitch.   Then we came home and spent the afternoon painting together - great fun!

Quality time!

A quick make with Stampin UpVases in Vogue and Tiny Tags.  Using up scraps of Old Olive cardstock and some Basic Gray. Stamped using Memento Tuxedo Black and SU Old Olive. Coloured with ProMarkers.  Simples!!

One old stamp and one new! We Three Kings from Stamposaurus - got it at the show and totally love the clear image you get! This is the first time I've used it.  I'm totally hooked on Christmas!  Started Christmas shopping today!  These images are coloured with pro markers.

Black and Gold

Another inspiring Wednesday night with friends and here are the outputs! All on a black and gold theme. Some recent purchases from last weekend and some stuff I've had for ages (as I realise I need to use up stuff in order to make space for more!!)

Chirpy Chirpy Cheep Cheep!

Covered a wee note book..  I could be addicted to these little birds.. cut loads of bits to piece together incase I'm ever stuck for something to do!!

Made these little guys using punched circles.. using up scraps again.  Really liking these! The beak is made from a little heart and the wings are the wings from the SU bird punch.  Great way of using different colours together!

This little card is 6.5cm x 6.5cm.  Thought it would make a nice wee gift tag!

Suzette Ketto

A quick make with one of my new stamps. I love these Ketto stamps - they are so easy to use! She's stamped on Very Vanilla cardstock and coloured with Copics (Blush, Baby Skin Pink, Skin White & Yellow Green).  Card base is Old Olive and the dotty paper is from the Jolly Holiday collection (proving it's not just for Christmas!)

Whew! What a busy weekend it's been. Busy but great!  Rather than add another post with no pics I thought I would add this one of some soaps I made recently - they are bubble gum and cherry scented and smell gorgeous!

I've got lots of new stuff to play with now - I will try to photo it first before tidying it away.. although I think playing my new LOTV Christmas stamps may take priority. It was all I could do to resist buying all of them! 

I may find space for the stamps but I don't think I'll find anywhere for my new paper pads! (they just jumped into my hand saying "buy me, buy me"! what could I do??)

16 christmas cards made tonight - a record for me! Must have been the inspirational chit chat and motivational craft talk! No time for photos though.. maybe tomorrow!

Bright and Cheery Birthday!

Made to order for a friend at work.  The papers are from the Pebbles Inc "Happy Go Lucky" range - they are lovely!

Spent a wee bit of time tidy up a tiny bit of the craft room today - and it's amazing what you find! I found three brand new stazon ink pads in Pumpkin, Vibrant Violet and Forest Green. Then I found my heat gun - hadn't seen it in ages! So decided to have a play with my new Heat and Stick powder from Stampin Up, and some gorgeous gold micro fine glitter! Great fun.. although the room, and me.. is now all sparkly!  Tidied out a whole load of 12x12 which I will never use too.. now to find a good home for it!

Gift Bag - Basic Grey Sweet Threads

Made another gift bag. These are so lovely to make - and these papers are just gorgeous!

Loads left so might make co-ordinating birthday card go with!

Using up some scraps again. I just love this tartan paper. Used the Stampin Up Christmas bauble punch and chopped the bottom off to make the vase (thanks to Theresa for this idea!).  Then run the punched shape through the cuttlebug using the Swiss Dots embossing folder (it's such a good folder for so many uses!)

The black card is bazill (orange peel finish) so it embosses really well, and the teeny flowers are red bazill bling - the die is a QK one I've had for ages!

The sentiment stamp is Penny Black and the stems/leaves is Stampin Up from the Sweet Summer set. 

Might make some more like this (after lunch!)

True Friend

I'm really liking the pink and green colour combo! This card was inspired by the paper from "Out of Print by Basic Grey. Then I used up some scraps of Anna Griffin cardstock for the layering. 

The image is Lili of the Valley, coloured with copics. The fairy wings are covered in Stampedous Shaved Ice (as am I, and my desk!!)

I'm going for a cup of tea now - to warm my hands!  It's freezing here today!

Brr! How cold and miserable is it today?  Gave in and have just put the heating on.

No crafty time so far today - been out at a ceilidh.
